The Anti-Aging Zone

I've Finally gotten around to starting to read "The Anti-Aging Zone" by Barry Sears, Ph.D. which so far is a great book. If you don't yet have it, you should check it out, here is where you can get the book:

Over the next few weeks, I am going to be writing my opinions and comments as I read through this book. I ask you to comment if you come across something that I've written that you don't agree with and we can get a discussion going on the different recommendations and information that Dr. Sears has included in the book.

Also, I am going to continue to write on the Zone Diet and how it can help you live a healthier, better, & longer life.
