Today, I am leaving for Orlando, Florida where I will be attending a great Seminar with T. Harv Eker, who wrote "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind". If you haven't taken the time to read the book I highly recommend it. As a matter of fact, I think that this book is so vital that I am going to be sending it, along with a couple of tickets to one of T. Harv's upcoming "Millionaire Mind Evening" seminars, to all of my clients and friends. His philosophy on finances and how people develop their money blueprint and their feelings toward money, wealth, success, and relationships is very refreshing.

This seminar that I am going to, is called "Millionaire School" and it is a multi-speaker event where there will be guest speaker talking on all aspects of investing, financial consciousness, and also on a number of specific investment opportunities. I'll be posting more about this event as the week unfolds and if possible will include some links to the specific speakers websites, so you can go check them out.

The very first speaker at Millionaire School was someone that I've seen before, but I wanted to talk about him a little bit. His topic of discussion was the "Psychology of Investing", but that is only a small part of what he is qualified to speak about.

A few years ago, I attended his introductory seminar which is entitled "Breakthrough to Success" and it was a truly life changing experience for me. Christopher Howard is a master of NLP, numerous types of Hypnosis, and Human Creative Technologies that have, over the past 3 years, I have made more advances in my personal and business life than I had ever thought possible and I can honestly say that attending the "Breakthrough to Success" seminar was the tipping point for me.

Right now, Chris is putting on this seminar in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the west coast of the United States (in the Los Angeles & San Francisco areas). To start things off I wanted to talk a little about using audio in your marketing and on your Web site. As you'll see from this blog entry, the power of audio is great, especially when it comes to getting your message across, completely and accurately.

If you can put audio and/or video on your website, you can increase the impact of your sales message and your conversion rates by at least 5 times. The audio message that I've added to this blog is just a small sample of what can be done, but imagine the added impact of putting your testimonials in either audio or video format and adding them to your website. How much better would your sales be, if you could easily show video using your product, right on your website. Take a look at the use of audio.

In an attempt to get my message out, I included this brief audio message. This product makes it simple to add audio to any web site or blog. All you need to do is either upload an existing audio file from your computer or call in to a special phone number and record your message. Once you've got the message into the system you'll be able to go cut and paste a piece of HTML code right onto your Web site.

Today, I wanted to write a little bit about why I've put together this blog. As I am sure many of you have seen in recent months, the prevalance of both personal and business blogging has gone through the roof.

From the personal side, people who are blogging on the events that are happening in their lives has skyrocketed, and with sites like Blogger, MySpace, and YouTube, anyone who wants to share their personal opinion with the world has a platform to do so. The business applications of blogging and these other tools are dramatic. Through a simple business blog like this one, I am able to share information with clients and prospects about the services that I offer, and at the same time, get my information out to people all over the world whom I would otherwise not have access to.
